Confidentiality is Key
Every survivor who comes to a domestic violence or sexual assault agency for services must be confident that his or her private, personal information will be protected. Agencies face enormous challenges in creating effective, legally sound policies and responses that can protect both the survivor and the agency.
Agencies do not have to do this on their own.
The Confidentiality Institute has unmatched expertise. It provides the only up-to-date, state-specific, sophisticated training, toolkits, and on-call technical assistance to help an agency handle its most significant confidentiality and privacy challenges, whenever they arise.
